Presenter’s Professional Bio

Tricia Spayer, Technical Writer/ Illustrator, and STC Associate Fellow, has 26 years of technical communication experience with Pressco Technology Inc. in Solon, OH. She writes and manages technical documentation and web sites, administers a content management system, collaborates with the training department to create training materials, and delivers presentations regularly. She has served as President of the Ohio STC Chapter twice and been a volunteer with the chapter since 2000. She has also served on the STC International Board of Directors and as District Director for Toastmasters International – District 10.

For many years, Tricia has studied and used Mind Mapping, using its simple and effective benefits to organize web sites, solve complex problems, and create well-structured presentations, sometimes just minutes before delivery. Tricia will share her Mind Mapping secrets during this session to help you communicate with success.
