If you have thought of getting your M.S. in technical communication, consider the program at Mercer University where you would work with Dr. Jennifer Goode. Goode is Director of the M.S. in Technical Communication Management Program at Mercer. As explained at the Mercer site:

She has served as an online learning consultant, co-directed the world’s oldest online master’s program, and taught as an online instructor since 2005. Dr. Goode has served both government and higher education organizations in the areas of computer-based training, document production and management, strategic content development, and online course management.”
Goode holds a Ph.D. and M. Ed. from the University of Illinois and a B.S.. in technical communication from Mercer.“In the classroom, Dr. Goode relies heavily on client-based problems to provide students with curricular challenges and real-world experience.
